Privacy statement

TROLLO is a non-profit, pet hobby project mainly for private use. If you want to use it yourself, please read below how TROLLO treats your data.

By creating a Trollo account, only the following data will be stored regarding your account:

Your self chosen username
The e-mail address you registered with, used only for account verification and forgotten password requests
Any files you have uploaded

TROLLO uses Google for login authentication. Only your email address, name, and profile picture are accessed during login. No other Google account data is requested or stored. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

You can permanently delete any uploaded files yourself, inside the board interface. No copies of deleted files remain on any of TROLLO's servers.

None of your data, information, and uploaded files will be shared with any third party.

To permanently remove your account and all records and files associated with it, please send an email to marcel@q42.nl with your request. Any valid requests will be completed within 30 days.

Your data and uploaded files

The TROLLO service stores uploaded files in Cloudflare's ecosystem (R2 and Cloudflare Images). The Cloudflare infrastructure is used to deliver these files on the internet.

Due to the nature of Cloudflare's Edge-hosted infrastructure, your uploaded data can be physically hosted anywhere globally. If you require GDPR-compliant data residency, use eu.trollo.lol where all data is stored exclusively within the European Union.

TROLLO does no user tracking, and does not analyse your data.

TROLLO does not use any third party tracking tools.
